Automation QA Engineer

PeopleGrove is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to support an agile product development team. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust UI and API automation, improving test coverage, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to support high-quality releases. The position offers an opportunity to work in a cross-functional QA role involving automation, regression testing, CI/CD integration, defect tracking, and continuous improvement of testing practices.

• Build, expand, and optimize UI and API automation test suites. • Maintain scalable and maintainable automation frameworks. • Develop reliable automated test scenarios. • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines. • Translate acceptance criteria into automated and manual test coverage. • Identify, document, and track software defects. • Maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
