We use this information to operate QA Jobs, verify accounts, match candidates and jobs, moderate listings, maintain security, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Resumes and visibility

Resumes are privately stored and are private by default. Your profile and resume visibility settings control whether registered employers may view them. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in your resume or profile.

Pocket QA updates

We send Pocket QA product, learning, and career updates only to candidates who opt in. You can change this preference from your account or use the unsubscribe link in any update. Verification, password-reset, and service messages are not marketing updates.

Sharing and retention

We share candidate information only according to the visibility choices and application workflows in the service, or where required for security or law. We retain account and operational records while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Your choices

You can update your profile and visibility settings from your account. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, contact us using the support page.
