Capgemini is hiring an experienced QA professional specializing in Playwright test automation.
The role focuses on designing, developing and maintaining UI and API automation frameworks, creating end-to-end test scenarios, integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with development and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
The position offers the opportunity to work with modern automation technologies including Playwright, Selenium and Rest Assured.
Requirements
- Design, develop and maintain UI automation scripts using Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
- Implement API automation using Rest Assured for RESTful services.
- Create and execute end-to-end test scenarios for web and API applications.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Work with Git for version control.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Contribute to test planning and automation strategy.
- Support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium WebDriver.
- Expertise in API testing using Rest Assured.
- Understanding of HTTP/REST, JSON/XML and web services.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
